Spectacular Strings - an interactive performance for under 5s

Event: Spectacular Strings

Date: Tuesday 1st Macrh

Time: 10:45 - 11:15 AM

Venue: The Beethoven Centre, Third Avenue, W10 4JL

On the 1st March, we are holding a free concert and interactive performance for young children and babies (unders 5s) called Spectacular Strings.

The event will be hosted by Ruth Rosales, who plays the bassoon and plays with orchestras around the UK. Ruth will be introducing us to the music, teaching us what special sounds to listen out for and leading fun interactive games for us to try.

Performing at Spectacular Strings will be professional concert artists Alauda Quartet, who will be showing us their instruments and performing their exciting music for us. The Alauda Quartet formed at the Royal Academy of Music in 2011 and herald a diverse international mix of performers from four different corners of Europe.

We want to build a sense of community as well as inspire learning through the creative arts and to do so, we've invited all the local nurseries of Queen's Park to come and experience the music together. We have a limited number of free tickets available for local families too - to book a space please contact Vanessa on 020 8964 2700 or vanessa@creativefuturesuk.com
