Artists and Researchers

Sophia Sinclair is a London-based Actress and Drama and Theatre graduate. She is also a trained dancer and previous member of the RADA Youth Theatre.

 

Sophia began working as a workshop facilitator and drama teacher in 2008, whilst at university and began at her former college, leading confidence-building workshops with students, giving motivating talks for performing art students and mentoring them. She now runs school workshops for external companies and performing arts companies.

 

Workshops have also included managing challenging behaviour through Drama for children before they are removed from the school environment. Sophia’s work as a Teaching Assistant in schools and PRUs (pupil referral units) has allowed her a special insight into the challenges children face and allowed her the opportunity to work on solutions. She loves to see the growth and development of people through Drama and the Arts.
